How We Select Our Caregivers
We carefully choose our caregivers based on both their professionalism and personal traits. We review the references of every team member to ensure they are trained, caring, and trustworthy.
Our caregivers have been thoroughly vetted and understand what it means to enter someone’s home. We look for truly dedicated people who encourage clients, remain empathetic, and start each day with patience and understanding.
This careful selection has made us a trusted partner for families throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
Comprehensive Training & Professional Development
Our training plan ensures that every caregiver has the knowledge they need to provide the best possible care.
Training Requirements
All caregivers receive initial essential training that covers the basics of quality home care, including both the technical and emotional aspects of helping someone at home.
Medical Requirements
Every caregiver completes required health screenings to ensure the safety of our clients and staff.
Required Experience
All caregivers have worked directly with people in need of care for at least a year, either at home or in a facility. Learn more about our home care services.
Professional Qualifications
Our team includes experienced Direct Care Workers (DCWs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), depending on the level of care required.
Many of them hold national certification from the National Association for Home Care and Hospice.
