How to Opt In
If you would like to communicate with TruCare Home Care by text message, you can opt in by either:
- Texting the word START to 610-822-2273, or
- Providing verbal consent during your intake or enrollment with our staff.
What Messages You Will Receive
By opting in to SMS communications with TruCare Home Care, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates
- Caregiver scheduling notifications
- Service updates and important account information
- Responses to your direct inquiries via text message
Terms and Conditions
By agreeing to receive messages from TruCare Home Care, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Message frequency may vary.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Your phone number and consent information will be used solely for the purposes described above and will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information is excluded from any third-party sharing.
- Your consent to receive text messages is voluntary. You may revoke it at any time.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive no further messages.
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance or alternative contact options.
